Good selection, helpful staff
It was my first time at Sunnyside. Jorge was especially helpful with picking out all the products that I was looking for, as well as helping out with a discount! They had great deals for first time patients as well as ongoing promotions. Good selection and very good location. Service was impeccable, I will be back.

Great first time experience!
Carly was my budtender and she was incredibly helpful. I haven’t been to many dispensaries in FL (yet) but of the ones I’ve been to she was without a doubt the best, most knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming budtender. She provided excellent customer service without being pushy. If I’m ever in that area, I’m coming back because of her!

Sunnyside scores 5 on everything. First,the Staff is on point. friendly, knowledgeable, great suggestions. Dylan stands out for his personal service as do all the others who have assisted me. Second, the Spot is great. Limitless parking in a safe shopping center with great stores. Inside is chic and comfortable. But happily I am always in and out. Third and key is the Stuff! I have been happy with the flavor, appearance and effects of every bud whether it was my choice or a staff suggestion.

My first time at Sunnyside and I can say the experience was 1st class. Friendly and knowledgeable from the person who checks you in, the person who goes over all available products and the person who checks you out. I was so thankful for the patience and friendliness of the woman going over the products with me until I finally decided, thank you. To Dylan who was awesome , answering every question. I was not expecting this kind of service after experience bad service from a dispensary in Dania beach. The dispensary was clean and looked like a high end dispensary without the high end prices. I am glad my friend introduced me to this place. I found my new dispensary shop! Thank you Sunnyside FTL, I work in the customer service industry and that is what keeps customers coming back, please dont lose that when you grow! I left with Queso strain. Can’t wait to try it!

Spectacular Experience
I have been a medical patient over the last 7 or so years with my most recent residency being in Colorado. After 2 years of being a patient and resident of Florida I feel strongly I have finally found a regular store. Not only are the staff genuinely friendly and outgoing but they are well educated. Management is an equally extraordinary team that supports its staff with perfect, non awkward, timing which can be difficult to do in any customer setting. Hannah was an absolute delight to have as my bud tender that day, she was knowledgeable, radiant and engaging while Eric and Alex also assisted with upbeat and positive customer interaction. Sunnyside Fort Lauderdale/One Plant has knocked the ball out of the park when it comes to overall product quality and staff excellence. I look forward to visiting this location more in the future to assist with keeping me on the Sunnyside of life. 🎩

Great for quick order.
The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Service is fast and efficient. Most products I normally want are usually in stock (except for the peach chews 1:1 which are not normally available at this location). Very high quality flower. Watch the dates on live resin carts, especially when on sale. Sometimes they've been harvested a couple months earlier and don't have the potency I expect. The mouthpiece on the Cresco carts are superior to others on the market. They don't burn your lips like the hard plastic or ceramic mouth pieces I've purchased elsewhere. Overall my favorite location for most of my needs.

Great Service ; But not the cannabis
Unfortunately purchased 4 1/8’s for $30 each and was severely disappointed. The flower looked amazing was very professionally trimmed and according to the date was just over 4 weeks . But the smell was the same for all 4 of the 1/8’s purchased … musty & old . Didn’t provide much of a medicated experience at all. I’ve let it sit & purchased else where . Maybe I’m spoiled as someone who’s traveled and experienced cannabis in all 35 states . But this is not the experience I remember when it was the One Plant .

Downhill fast!
Coming here for a while and noticed the rapid decline in customer service as management and staff has also changed. Slow, understaffed, and mostly incompetent. There are many dispensaries in Florida for medical marijuana use. I would stay as far away from this one as possible based on product and customer service.
