I did a pin based transaction and was charged a fee by my bank for an out of network withdrawal. Spoke to Stiiizy manager, he advised they use a system that operates as an atm NOT a true debit transaction even though it doesn't look like an atm as the pin pad is at the register and there is no option for cash back. I would give them 1 star for this specific transaction but I've been there many times, the herb is ALWAYS on point (depending on which level of flower selected) and the staff along with manager I spoke with are consistently professional with good attitudes so I have them 3 stars on this transaction.

Love the location, workers, and product. Some are defiantly over priced, like their preroll and stiiizy 8ths, but they have the best deal on pods in all of LA and you don't have to worry about them being fake

I ordered three items, when I went to pick up 2 weren't available. The person behind the counter was very nice and helped with a replacement. It was all good.
