I don’t understand this place… there are always several people working but they can’t be bothered to manage their inventory. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order ahead, it’s never packed when I arrive and it’s ALWAYS missing something. I JUST ordered something, get there in less than 30 minutes(because it’s never ready anyway) and one of the TWO items I ordered online was not in. TWO ITEMS. With all those damn people working it’s bizarre that their inventory online seems JACKED.

Went to go pick up my order... They refused to fill it under the promotion for whatever reason and I had almost exact cash... Astounding that a multimillion dollar company a standard in the marijuana industry tizzy wasn’t able to take off the additional $12 on the promotion that they supplied through the platform weedmaps... What a terrible experience to have to sit there and argue with a manager in front of other clients and staff, embarrassed and honestly frustrated. I ultimately walked out with one item instead of the three as unfortunately, they wouldn’t let me. Ridiculous.

I am a vet and usually buy 2-3 oz of flower. The bag I usually purchase wasn’t on sale anymore and I was a bit disappointed. The manager Vanessa came out and showed me a few options, but I was reluctant. She had $10 eighth versions of the oz bag and said I should give it a try and I might have a new favorite. As I still wasn’t budging, she took money from her tip jar and said it was on her. She was very understanding and very empathetic throughout the whole transaction and said she just wanted me to be happy and pain free. These are the kind of people we need more of. I highly recommend stiiizy in Ktown
