I’ve been a dizzy customer for quite some time I always tip my tenders and I work with customer service with Roto water plumbing so my people skills are off the chart. I purchased something and it was defective. I threw the wrapper in the trashcan And I got attitude from one of the lady tenders. I told her my receipt was way in the bottom of the trash and the manager. Esteban told me that I would have to go pick it out the trash, my receipt, he was being arrogant and sarcastic telling me he had my back. I will not be going back there anymore.

I’m so excited that we have one in Ventura now. Not having to drive to Oxnard is great. Prices are always great. Makayla and Vanessa are so wonderful. I’m happy they came to Ventura because it wouldn’t be the same with out them.
