Apparently the strain I bought was out of stock, so when I placed the order I waited hours because the system never notifies you or the dispensary of the order. I went in and got a replacement

I placed an order but standing in line I seen some prerolls I asked the guy if I could also purchase, he got upset that I wanted to add something to my order told my I need to hurry up, but it wasn’t as if my order was ready though I had placed it an hour before. Very rude and apprehensive of going there again

False advertising

I placed my order for a 7g smalls black bag of the stiizy top shelf indoor exotic flower but when I arrived they tried to give me the white outdoor bag which I was not too thrilled about because I really don’t even smoke outdoor , I showed them my order on the phone which showed it was the black bag and they said I can spend 8$ more to get it . Won’t be shopping online anymore better off going off what’s in stores because online menu is false and misleading

Lack of urgency

The past 3 weed map orders I’ve made I’ve had to wait as if I was standing in line as a walk in. Literally thinking to myself “what’s the point of making the weed maps order?” That’s so frustrating to see the person who walked in behind me make it to the front of the line before I get served. Do better. I was expecting quick speedy service but was delayed which is fine. But If I make a weed maps order and I get a notification it’s ready over a hour and a half later. I should walk in and the next available bud tender serve me and get me out the building. Idk if this is how everyone else is experience has been but mine has been very useless preordering.

Whats up with this place?

Been going here for the last four months and the first two online orders I made (30-60 minute wait time) wasnt ready even after three hours. online they offer stiiizy badders but when I go down to get my orders they always give me jams and resins. I didn't notice the first two times until I got home so I placed an order two days ago in the morning and came to pick up my order after work 11 hours later and it still wasn't ready or picked. when I asked to see what they gave me it was in jams and resins again instead of badder. The tender told me they were switching over their system and it was kind of messed up at the moment but that was a lie because it's been happening for months. Anyway long story short I won't be going back to that location again. Fool me once. Stiiizy has their 💩 together so ill stick with them

It was so busy, like a day party seriously. Everyone was in a good mood. So from reading the reviews I shocked to hear so many issues. Stiiizy Sale going on so I bought Black Mylar 7 gm for $109. Also I bought 3 Infused bags which are my favorite but I try to not smoke constant. The newer black mylar strains Alian OG and Sweetcream were nice strains & good potency. I have high tolerance which is not always a good thing. Stiiizy flower is my go-to for good tasting and potent flower. I like to try other brands but I know Stiiizy flower is solid.

Asked for Cartridge got a pod instead

I was really medicated and asked for a cartridge of white raspberry and when I finally got around to opening my bag of stuff today I have a Stiiizy pod not a cartridge so have no way to use it because I don't use pods so have no battery.

went on the grand opening day, I was one of the 100 prize winners yaay loved everything I got and bought. I haven't had any problems except for one night I got in line around 9:20pm they close at 10. at 9:35 a staff member came outside and said they would be letting people in until 9:50pm okay I get in inside way before then say 940/9:45 I'm 3rd in line and the remaining 10/15 minutes left the same customers never got done with there transactions !! at 10pm they said they cannot legally make transactions after 10pm didn't make sense because those customers taking there precious time would be transactions after 10:01pm . furious whole line had to leave. I came back the next day and got what I wanted . Always DISCERN the time you come in before closing. even for the people who already know what there getting like myself. other than that I realllllly like this club . the products are amazing and ive tried a handful of things already since the opening. staff is very friendly as well.

First visit 10/10

First time coming in got welcomed in by security who seem to actually enjoy their job, very friendly welcome at the door, got checked in by staff who were very efficient and friendly, once all information was typed in I was greeted by a bud tender right as I walked through the second entrance, my receipt says her name was Tjanae, she was super friendly and knowledgeable about the product the store had, gave me a tour of the selection because it was my first time there and I walked out happy, security opened the door for me and told me to have a good night, even gave me a tip saying as long as I have my ID I’ll be good to enter because they have me in the system. 10/10 visit couldn’t have asked for better

I went with a co-worker yesterday to check out Solano Counties first dispensary. Beautifully displayed product. Nice selection of edibles and Stiiizy pen refills. The grand opening pricing made shopping a blast. There was a small line but it went by fast because of all the bud tenders working. 10/10 experience. This is the spot folks !

My Guy Charles Always takes care of me and has the best suggestions. He knows his product from flower to extracts! The cherry dosi charles suggested out of my pick was some gas !!!!
