The girl with the spider bite piercings, dark hair, i guess is one of the managers, really have no personality or any type of customer service abilities. She just handed me items and said NOTHING. even when i was trying to have a conversation she didn’t engage with me at all. and the store was slow, so what is her excuse? if she doesn’t like engaging with customers why is she working at a dispensary where customer engagement is the number one priority? i don’t know if i’ll return after that visit tbh, i felt like i was a bother.

Stopped by for a sale, was helped out by Jacob, and received some of the best customer service ever. I’m older and I’ve shopped in SF and LA, LV, and in CO. A lot of budtenders just aren’t that helpful anymore but this was top tier. Give Jacob C a raise.
