I pre ordered online. Went to pick up the order. Confirmed with her what id ordered multiple times. I went to the car looked in my bag and realized it was the wrong product. I immediately went back inside. We're she hallers at me that , ALL SALES ARE FINAL. even when it's their mistake. I ordered on line and it doesn't match what is in thier receipt log of what they gave me, yet somehow this is still my problem. They never take accountability for mistakes. I had to purchase more to get the strain i asked for to begin with. I've been going to this store for years spent thousands there . Recently I've had way more bad experiences then good. I've seriously got to stop giving them my business. I've never been treated so badly. The worst part is they don't care. Lucky there are hundreds of other stores with wonderful staff that are happy to earn my business. For context I spend 200-300 a week, every week religiously. I'll never give this store another dime.
