Never answering the phone

Every time I try to call ahead of time to see if you guys have the product I’m looking for you guys never answer your phone. I live across town so it’s a big hassle to drive all the way over there and you guys don’t have what I’m looking for. It would be much appreciated if you guys answered the phone so I would know if you have the product I’m looking for or not… very disappointing.

A month or two I happened to saw the actual storefront near Big Five & I was devastatingly excited to come see the dispo once it’s done & open

workers were pretty chill and respectful. just a heads up though, the atm machines in the front of the store can be faulty sometimes. id say stop by your local bank and get your cash there just in case. overall experience was good👍🏽

Best STIIIZY dispensary!

I went to the grand opening, and although I wasn’t able to get any free Murch or anything like that, I was very impressed with the aesthetics of the dispensary and the employees. Yeah, this will be my regular shopping dispensary.

prices and/or products on weedmaps to not match store prices and products..sucks after you drive across town and realize the cheapest thing is double than what's listed

Good bud . Can’t go wrong. Most of the time when I pay with card , they let me know there’s a fee of 3$, and they always gave those 3$ back. Today however when I paid with card today, the lady who took my payment didn’t give me $3 back? The other lady prior explained they charge $3 and give it back, plus there’s another charge of 2.50 additional to their fee. Keep in mind if you pay with a debit card you will pay upwards to 6$ of fees . I reckon paying with cash or using their atm. That is the best way to go , I just felt like I was “robbed” since all my experiences I have got my $3 back. End of the day it’s just $3. Just would like to know the deal with that. Thanks stiiizy, good bud , great staff, just not sure if everyone knows or follows the policy.

Intentionally push the worst stuff?

I went to this place a few months ago to get some live resin. The Budtender went on and on about how he loves to Dab and is really particular about his dabs and all that and recommended these two live resins. I got them and they ended up tasting not that great, not like sulfur just not really good. I was like OK everybody has different tastes. Fast forward to a few weeks ago at the Pacoima Stiiizy store . I was going to pick up some more of their Stiiizy live resin but the girl was like” have you ever had this punch Bho ? It goes pretty fast when we have it. It’s really good.” I bought a few grams of it instead. Every one of the punch Bho grams tasted like straight sulfur . Both these experiences lead me to believe that they train their employees to push the worst stuff. It sucks cause I liked Stiiizy but I don’t like being ripped off . Plus the quality seems to be going downhill fast.

Not my typical stiiizy experience

After multiple pleasant visits to the shop I had a horrible one today. 3/2/2024 the rude young lady with crazy long nails that always has an attitude is misinforming people on the deals. When you get to the register deal isn’t what she said and you get overcharged. Manager says he can’t do anything at all, when it was clearly the misinformed staffs fault. Said new discounts took into effect this month and he hasn’t informed his staff. So it’s our fault as the consumer the staff misleads people. Have 5 years of experience working in the industry and this was handled very poorly and was treated very rudely

Terrible customer service

I was there early in the morning for the grand opening I got there around 5:30am just to be one of the first customers. I get in I make my purchase I get home and I weight out my weed. I purchased 5 eights of the black label. I weighted out one of my eights and I was shorted a whole gram I called the dispensary they told me to email stiiizy because they could help me out but of course they never returned my email. I went in to talk to bud tender and she told me the same thing. I could email stiiizy and they would reach back within 24 hours and they never did. I didn’t get what I played for. I was very very disappointed and now I don’t know if I can go back and make another purchase because I’m afraid it will happen again and nobody will actually take responsibility and fix the issue.

Employees have zero knowledge

Everytime i go inside and i ask questions the employees are always clueless They tend to just lean you over to whats expensive and sometimes its not even good quality Honestly need better employees that are actually experience in this field Both girl employees always seem upset to be at work and always have attitude and always give the vibe like they are trying to just push you out (except the girl with the tattoos) I honestly still come here because of the deals but if your going in with the intention to get good customer service or even employees that are willing to help you out with what your looking for then this isn't it Theres maybe like 2-3 good employees that really know there stuff . Management needs to do better They're messing up the STIIIZY brand name
