They gave me the wrong product I ordered Vape cartridge received disposable ones. I noticed it when I got to my car big mistake. I went back in to tell them the guy that helped knew that messed up but the manager didn't make it right by any means and said I took the product so it's on me. This is why I will never go here again they probably don't care but all good never again. All they had to do was make it right and they failed.

Quick and easy

I ordered online and everything was easy. Inventory was up to date. Descriptions were great. Best part was the speed in which my order was processed and ready. So quick! I showed up and the friendly staff was there to help.

I drove 1.5hrs just to come to this Stiiizy shop. Very clean and neat store with friendly bud tenders. I ordered online, walked in and picked it up. I was in and out and drove back home. I highly recommend!! A++++++

Harsh Treatment by a Staff Member

I had an extremely negative experience with a cashier named Nicholas at Stiizy NoHo. From the moment I approached the counter, Nicholas was dismissive, making my transaction feel uncomfortable. I had placed an online order for pickup and had a few questions and instead of fully engaging with me, he starts gathering my order and brushes me off...making me hesitant as a first time customer. After completing my purchase, Nicholas tone was underwhelming. After handing me my bag, he did not relay the normal farewell greeting...by saying "thank you for your purchase". I thought to myself, why is this the type of treatment that I am receiving after completing a purchase. Overall, I felt like my concerns were being completely ignored. I was taken aback by how impolite he was, especially when I tried to politely ask a question about my purchase. Instead of offering helpful assistance, he responded with impatience and appeared irritated. Customer service is about making customers feel valued and respected, and unfortunately, Nicholas's behavior was the complete opposite of that.

A great place to fill your THC wants! The selection is huge. The prices are as good as it gets, and I do look for deals... or I used to. Stiiizy is the best deal. They also have a great parking lot! We all have been to dispensaries where parking is half the battle! And finally, the people are very nice. From security to the bud tenders. It is a 5 star shop!

HORRIBLE!!! Don’t come here unless you’re trying to go through a whole process just to get your product exchange. messed up our order and the are making it difficult to exchange it. Bri has such an attitude when their the ones who didn’t give us the right product. They messed up our order they didn’t give us the correct discount and they also make it so difficult just to come in and exchange before you leave. Make sure that they show you your order. Their excuse was that the guy that helped us with new. There’s a three dollar fee that is usually paid to you once you pay with a debit card. We never got our money back. This guy worked all day. Who knows how many people he helped and how much money he kept. Don’t come here I don’t recommend it. Go to Stiiizzy downtown LA or any other Stiiizy

Just amazing

I went in today and men is this stiizy shop amazing, very big and a huge selections of stiizy and other products, the paintings on the wall are very creative but my budtender Sophia was amazing and very helpful with her knowledge around the store and was able to answer all my question also introduced me to a new edible drink!! Overall the vibe was amazing
