Ordered online hours before I needed to pick it up. Went inside gave the tender my name & he had it ready to go. I did pay by card and it was a easy transaction 10/10

2 stars due to the fact Hawthorne has a pick up order line and always gets you in n out no problem. Only come here when Hawthorne has no selection.

Wish I got the young lady’s name today. So super helpful!! First timer in the store.

Had me place an order then choose a window of availability. After I chose my window they just completely disregarded it and came whenever they wanted 4 hours later. If you have a timeline you have to adhere to and expect companies to live up to their word this is not the service for you

Worst customer service ever . Recently visited and they give you what they want not what you order. Their staff is constantly being switched and have nasty attitudes.
