placed an order online, only for them to tell me its out of stock when i get there to pick it up. online menu is not accurate, after i went to look for myself, i actually found one of the things they said was out of stock. so workers dont even know what they have & neither does the online menu so who can you trust to get your order right? also the worker straight up left me for other customers when i said i wanted to look & see what to get because what i ordered was out of stock. awful dispensary, wouldnt go again.

Third horrible experience with the cashier that checked me out. First time she kept $4 that it was supposed to be my change after paying with card, second she told me a discount wasn’t available when I get it all the time and today I asked if I had any points in my account to use and she said no, I came back and asked someone else and told me I had $6. They might seem like little things, but as a mental health patient that just need some medicine, and given the amount of money I’ve bought from you guys without any issues I find it unacceptable and I’m hoping you can see the name of who she was and make a note in my account for her never to check me out again. Thanks

Not the correct order
Make sure you call before placing order, to make sure your order is exactly what you wanted I ordered infused blue dreams stiizy bud for pickup and when I went to pick it up and finally was able to open it , it was not what I ordered and store did not honor an exchange for the correct order. Very disappointing for first time customer
