Great shop, and even better people
Lux was my first experience at a Washington dispensary. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The redhead skinny guy (didn't catch his name) helped me select great flowers and prerolled. Absolutely coming back.
Great selection not great customer service
With so many choices on LCW I do t know how they can get by with such horrible customer service and downright rudeness. The staff seem uninterested in making a sale and when you do get their attention they want to drone on about product your not even interested in. Here's a tip: ask the customer what they want and listen! Otherwise very nice store, great product and fair prices.

I went here on my 21st birthday and this being the fisrt shop I had gone to really surprised me, the staff was full of some really cool people and their displays were set up very nice and the flower I picked up was some DANK! Very recommended shop and trusted!
