I placed my order online for pick up and one item they didn’t have in the exact amount I wanted but they did have it in a different amount and were able to accommodate me with no problem. They were even able to do it over messaging which was super convenient and easy for me. Highly recommend them :)

I love coming to Jaderoom for the great people they have working there. Always friendly and always so helpful. I do find better rewards programs at other dispensaries. Considering the price of the product and taxes we pay, having a good rewards program in place is key to keeping customers coming back to your dispensary. Marketing should check out other locals places to see where you’re is lacking.

I Have to start off by saying I love this place!! They filled this specific order online, and despite not having the actual number of products in stock, went ahead and let me place it… plus they also emailed me to confirm the order was being prepared. So with my order confirmed I drove over an hour and when I went to pick up my order, it was two cartridges short because they were out of stock on two of the products. However, they were quick to try and remedy the problem by using the same product in half grams; not ideal but definitely saved the day! Plus they threw in a free sample, they definitely went the extra mile where most places would just write you off. I would really recommend this place and would (and have) used them again!

Stiiizy disposable

First time trying out stiiizy disposable pen and doesn't hit at all. I tried different methods from looking up Google yet nothing is working. I've heard about this issue before from other people but never thought it would happen to me. It's a shame because it's a half gram.

Returning customer to a bad business

I was a returning customer and told the security guard at the front. I guess this guy didn't believe me, even though it didn't matter if he believed me because they check at the counter. Made me drive another 30+ home to get the physical paper because the pdf apparently didn't work either. Prices are too high for a polished dispensary and workers that don't know what they are doing.

I went to make a purchase/use loyalty points I have racked up from shopping with them and they hit me with “in order to redeem your points you need to meet a minimum subtotal.” Asked to speak to a manager, explained my point he didn’t gaf and told me he was the highest point of authority. Won’t be returning to this dispensary, items (such aa carts) are already overpriced as it is.
