Bad Reviews Are From The Misinformed And Confused

This is a STATE-LICENSED RECREATIONAL facility. It is professionally run and very well stocked with legitimate product. All of the negative reviews I have seen relate to Shatter abiding by laws and regulations set forth by the state and the City of San Bernardino. First-time patient deals are for the "medical collectives" of the black market.

I've been very happy lately with the prices on Raw garden! on my first review I had commented that I had to drive all the way to Perris just to try and save me some bucks. now I don't find the need to drive anywhere now when the prices here are this low. Ive been coming here on the reg now and that cuz this place has the best concentrate in the area at the best price. everywhere else I go they got $60 min for a gram of concentrate and it look like foo foo. you guys got that hum farms and raw garden which is wild. only place that has that in IE. oh and that crucannabis weed is insane too. love yall

I have been to every single shop in the I.E. and every one of those shops gives a discount if you leave a good review on weedmaps. Everyone that lives in the I.E knows this. I went to this shop and told them I would leave a 5 star review for a discount. They told me "we don't give discounts for reviews but we always welcome a review whether it is 1 star or 5 stars and are always willing to hear out any suggestions you may have to improve the overall experience". At first I was like what the hell? But then I looked around and realized this place is the real deal. Never in my life had I ever seen a shop with a Neiman Marcus quality to it. The selection of product was immense and the staff was really knowledgeable. Name a brand and this place probably carries it, and its guaranteed not to be a fake. So after recognizing how badass this place really was, I realized that this shops weedmaps reviews aren't full of shit like the rest of the I.E. They actually pride themselves on reviews rather than sellout with fake reviews and fake product like every other shop in the area. Everything about this place is REAL which has never been seen in the I.E. Overall, A+ Shatter. I will only be going to your shop from here on out. Peace

FTP Review will update upon further visits. The "sign up" process is painless and quick, maybe it was the time of day or lack of visitors (2 to 3 other patients in front of me) but it was very fast. Once inside, there's a lot of variety avenues to choose from, you name it they seem to have it. Great thing about this place is they don't have to measure for things, so you have a peace of mind that they are professionals, and not looking to play favourites or hookup certain people and not others. The lights and decor inside are cool and there's no Post Malone on loop at maximum volume. (no offense, Posty) FTP bonus was a 10% discount on which I thought would be some mediocre weed since I opted the cheapest 3.5g. I was disappointed to realize I'm not the Cheech or Chong I thought I was because even their bottom shelf product is some tasty stuff. I will be coming back to see Nancy, if she's there since she helped me pick my stuff out and she can help you too. <3

The employees never do me wrong and You know that when you come here you’re going to get a tested, quality product. Hey guys. Any info on the whole vaping illness/deaths due to vaping thc? It just seems more and more negative news on the television. Would love to hear your guys feedback if possible since I like raw gardens but would like a little bit of understanding of what’s going on and how safe it still is before I just stick to flower. Thanks for coming in, antman. We love having you. The vaping illness/deaths is a significant concern in the industry. From what we have been able to gather, the primary concern health officials have is with untested "grey" market vape carts. Many have suggested that residual pesticides in the distillate are the cause. However, no one official has been able to point to a single cause. Vapes are difficult in that some chemical may be considered a non-issue...but then it gets heated...mixes with another heated chemical...and turns into something nasty that no one expected. Currently, carts are being tested at government labs...vaped by machines...with the clouds being filtered and tested for the resulting chemicals. Those chemicals will then be compared to samples taken from the mucus membrane from the lungs of those that have experienced vaping illness. At that juncture, they hope to be able to pinpoint the cause(s) of this phenomenon. Until then, no one knows for certain. To minimize your risk, it is recommended to avoid trap houses and only buy your vapes from state-licensed retailers...that way you know the product has been tested for pesticides and other contaminants that health officials fear may be behind this. To avoid the issue all together...do as you're already doing and stick to flower until this is settled. Stay safe...and stay lit. Thanks for the kind words...and we hope our little bit of info helped. UPDATE - The Center for Disease Control just announced that Vitamin E Acetate was the only substance "universally detected" in all samples associated with vaping illness.
