I came here with my boyfriend for my Birthday we were both FTP and have been to just about every shop from the IE to SD. This is by far the worst experience we have every had as a customer in any shop. First when checking in leaving both your phone number and email are not optional we were told we could not come in if we did not do so. So no problem we add it. Not even thirty seconds later we our phones ring back to back they already sending us text messages before we even made a purchase. Not one person offered to help us or explain how their open layout worked. No one attempted to help us we were there for rosin. The fridge says not to open and wait to be assisted so we wait and we wait and we wait when the rude African American lady comes to help we weren’t Greated no how can I help you. Literally she says so what rosin do you want, no recommendations, no explanation on deals. Their prices are pretax what others are OTD. We make our purchase and are rushed out no have a goodbye nada
