Hard to keep menu up to date.

I like the folks at Seed & Smith and can imagine how hard it is to keep an accurate online menu in these times. However, it gets frustrating to place on online order only to arrive and be told half the items are out of stock. Sometimes they’ll text to try and update the order, but the updates rarely happen and it ends up confusing the budtenders. I like to order online to limit exposure but it doesn’t seem to be that effective. This doesn’t deter me from going there, it’s just another aggravating thing about COVID.

Incredible group of guys. Bought weed here 4 or 5 times now, and every experience I've had with them has been incredible. I got a bad cart from here, and though it was a high volume strain, they replaced it with another strain with no worries, and let me know when they got the strain I wanted, and I got a $15 discount on top of that without even knowing. Would and will come back again, probably for a tour as well!

Incredible place, I had them hold clones for me for four days due to circumstances and they held them! I got my clones and everything was great, the people are knowledgeable and many of the staff are growers themselves. Loved this place.

I have been coming to S n S since it opened I will not be back. I drove along way to get there passed at least a dozen other dispensary's But I have always loved the Herb there I used to recommend this place But Never ever again They say the price went up due to a new GM Great move raising prices!! Now you can keep it all for yourself. Don't pass your Rec costs to your Med People. Very Poor Manager!!! This is the kind of move that makes dispensary's Fail. Your sales will bottom out very soon. I make it my goal to contact Everyone who I referred there and tell them what's happened. None of us will be back again. I bought over a Pound there. Taking my business elsewhere. Wake up your store is in the getting surrounded by other stores that are Cheaper. I Hate to see a good store good bad Too Late Good Bye
