lack of refrigeration seemed to effect the consistency of wax and integrity of the actual packaging as well if the wax melted onto it

The new owners of this dispensary obviously don't have the same work ethic. Showed up at 9 am this morning for my pickup order. Only security here and she hasn't heard from the owners. She has been here for 1.5 hours with no response from anyone who works there. Noone seems to know what is going on and this is not how you run a business.

I just went into this shop for the first time and my experience was fantastic. I came in with my family and Madison helped us all to perfection. She was very knowledgeable helping my mom find the right all the edibles, my step dad got a great new product to try. And I am very happy with my new turn pen. Overall this is my new favorite clinic and I will be coming here as my new regular place all the time!!!

Today Madison went out of her way to help me meet my very specific needs...i often get embarrassed and feel rushed when I'm getting together my orders at clinics (which flares up my anxiety), but not today, yay! This was my first time here and I loved the vibe immediately, very warm and cute place, everyone was really nice and the edible choices were great. Madison helped me go through my options and was able to advise me well on new products I'm adding to my routine. Super nice (not embarrassing!) clinic visit. I'll definitely be returning. I appreciate the patience, thank you so much Madison! I definitely recommend this place for anyone who struggles with anxiety (and/or uses marijuana to help with that). Thanks!

Fist off, beautiful set up. Warmly greeted by Carlos, Tarin and Tatiana. The displays were organized and pricing clear. Madison, who was patient and knowledgeable, helped me with exactly what I needed and even pointed me to something new, my new favorite High Flyers gummies. Thank you Madison. Definitely coming back. Just popped into Secret Garden while in the area and I’m so glad I did! Beautifully laid out store, clean, welcoming, and (most importantly) FULLY stocked with the best brands and products - all at stupidly competitive prices. I love Tonik Tinctures; though they’re hard to come by. Carlos, and the rest of the team at SG took great care of me… first over the phone, letting me know what they currently have and then later in store. I live about 20 minutes south of SG, but plan on making it my “local” dispensary moving forward. Do yourself a favor and check ‘em out - you’ll be glad you did :)
