The wonderful employees here are always so fast paced with online orders, and even if I have to run in quick theyre awesome with recommendations! I think her name is Sasha but she’s an angel & a great worker. Always a nice smile (even though we can’t see ) her greetings are welcoming enough. I cannot remember the boys name who helped me, but he was awesome with recommending me 2 strains!!! I always go here. It’s amazing. Deals are good too. - Alex

This dispensary just opened up down the street from where I work. Everyday I call the store and they recommend me new products to try and have my order ready before I can even walk down there! The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly I would highly recommend them to anyone in Kitchener!

Finally open and I love it!
Well, finally after all the waiting for a store to open in downtown Kitchener. The store is open now and after already placing two orders a week apart I must say that the staff are very courteous in that I received a phone on both occasions to inform me that my order was received and ready to pick up and upon picking up my orders I was warmly greeted and my orders were confirmed and placed back into my paper bag. I could not expect better service. Thank you.
