SANTE - Durango

Excellent front end staff. She was happy, informative, and upbeat- this paints for a perfect experience even if your budtender was not much of a help other than grabbing things behind the counter and taking your money. I would recommend this to a friend as well as return to this location 👍

We have been customers of this dispensary since just after they opened their doors. We stop in from out of state every two or three months. Unfortunately, there seems to be a rapid turn over in staff with new faces each time we visit (may be the same with other dispensaries....). Our latest visit will likely be our last. While the bud tenders are always helpful, where do they find the unprofessional rude women we have encountered all too many times who man the front of the shop? We are adults in our fifties and have been ogled as we sifted through a container of pipes as though we were in need of stealing a $5 pipe, my husband had his identification questioned because he got a hair cut and his hair as it appeared in his picture did not match his current cut (did I mention we are in our FIFTIES?), and most recently as I arrived without my license (my husband was driving) and am obviously well over 21, I was told after entering the building and waiting for our turn when inside to get waited on, that I had to leave because I needed identification to enter the store (I was already inside for quite a while prior - oops). A suggestion: place someone at the door or outside the door to prevent entry of fifty year old women who don't have their licenses on them and in all seriousness, this was not the issue but the real issue was that as i was being hassled, anyone, a child perhaps, could have walked in. If there are regulations one must follow it would seem preventing children from entering should be the priority. In any case, we left and did indeed go elsewhere and are so very happy that we did. A bud tender from Sante had recommended Rocky Mountain High a few visits ago, so we decided to stop in. They did have a person at the door who very sweetly informed me that I couldn't enter without my license. I waited outside this beautiful building as my husband went in and purchased the best of the best weed we have ever purchased in Durango. Sometimes a bad experience leads to something new and wonderful. I suppose I should be thankful to the staff at Sante! Well, thank ya folks!

Who ever the girl is that closes for the Med side could at least act happier to see people... I totally understand your shift is almost over and you wanna go home but Jesus Christ sweetie I'd like to be treated nicely when I come in, not like a burden... not coming back during her hours.

I would like people who are new to log lane village and smoke weed to know that natures herbs 2 has some of the best price and quality weed so far.

Sante is the best place for your weed in town. Amazing selection. Highest THC and CBD. Great service and knowledgeable staff really help. I really like that you speak to the bud tender privately. It is in an alley but not hard to find. It is right in the center of town and easy to get to. Best place in town with the best weed.

Ok. I want to be thorough with my experience as it was good and bad, most importantly, I will be back, for certain items.
The good: Product selection is Top Shelf
The bad: Hard to just visually explore the product.
Suggestion: Accurate Menu on Weed Maps.

Very friendly staff, then made awkward by the manager, when she pulls the money as soon as the cashier puts it in the drawer into a purse. It felt uncomfortable.
At least wait til the client leaves, then pull their money into your purse.

Staff was friendly, very polite and well spoken.
The creepy lady, I think she was the manager or maybe the owner.
Suggestion: Be friendly, Customers want to feel like they are welcomed by everyone at your store.

Easy to get get in and out, does feel crammed at the counters, maybe expand bar by minimizing your waiting area (remember your customers spend more when its a comfortable setting).

Product available for all budgets, Cash only sucks, solve with super accurate availability and price

Every time I come to Sante the staff is always helpful. They are very friendly and courteous and always seem to help me find just the flower im looking for. Sante will always be my first stop when I travel to Durango.

I love coming to this place the staff is super friendly always knowledgeable about their product I love the deals they promote weekly. Everytime I come to this place I always leave satisfied great product for a great price.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Austyn answered all of questions and was very personable. Bud and edibles were of excellent quality. Their prices reflect the somewhat isolated location of Durango. Overall, a great place.
