I have to say that I have been using marijuana for about 30 odd years now and I thought I knew everything about it. Well I have to admit that from the first visit and every visit since I am learning something new. Staff is amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. I could not have picked a better dispensary I got very lucky to be able to go there. It's not just an in and get out, they make you feel comfortable and at ease and the Doctor is also one of the nicest person who makes sure he is there for you, no matter what the situation he always makes sure he is available for anyone of us and also gets to know the patients who visit the ATC. BECAUSE YOU ARE UNABLE TO GO INSIDE: Inside the Sanctuary's office, there are myriads of informational literature/MARKETING materials to assist you in understanding the entire process and what products are available, and what categories they are helpful with. The staff has always been helpful. The doctor is amazing! I do agree with the weed being dry at times. Not sure what they need to change in their process, but the effects of the weed remain the same for me.

Yesterday was my first time and I was nervous but they’re so welcoming and knowledgeable. They take their time explaining all their products and explain what to expect. I’m looking forward to going back soon and I’m so glad it’s close to home!

I have been here a few times and even gone through changing my name, which the staff was great at helping answer all my questions, even the ones they were unsure they took time to find (that was really awesome!!!) Everyone is so helpful and nice :) always good the cookies are really good

I was very anxious on the drive up. Not knowing what to expect. I went to the wrong building first, so I had to call, and they came out and found me,lol. (Its the colorful building) They are soo nice here! Very welcoming! Extremely clean, and clutter-free! I have to say, the most comfortable chairs in a waiting room! There's also magazines and some really interesting books to read, while waiting. After checking in, I had to fill in the normal paperwork, and then headed into the actual dispensary room. It's set up nicely, and the menu is right where you can see it. There was a bit of everything to choose from. Forest helped me. She was great. Very knowledgeable, and seemed to love her job. I love the packaging. Prices aren't too bad, a little high, but you do get what you pay for! The quality was great, and helped with any pain I was having. It also relaxed my stomach, which was great! I can't wait to go back!

The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful making sure that I have everything I need for pain relief. The discount are helpful for me because I am on a fixed income.

Everyone is compassionate and cares about your well being. You can talk with staff alone or in the open and no question is silly or stupid. They know everything about their medicine and how best treat your condition. I have gotten off of prescription medications for a more natural way to care for my incurable disease.

Friendly and professional. Selection is getting better and the employees are helpful. Recommended!
