Don't trust their online prices

Rootdown sent a text today with their specials, so I checked their website. Several great products were 40% off. I put the items in my cart, took a screenshot of it and drove AN HOUR. When I got there, the staff said that sometimes when sales are put in for the week, the wrong things show up on sale. I showed her the screen shots with the prices, time and day. She said they won't honor them. Don't trust the online prices if you are driving a long way just to go there. * the owner replies as if he didnt already know about the problem and there wasn't already an attempt to correct the situation while I was in the store and his employee had hom on the phone. Don't bother unless you like fake advertising labeled as "mistakes" Pretending to care about your customer on a public forum isnt the same as caring about the customers while they are in the store This occurred a couple of weeks ago, but the owner replied yesterday, so posting today since he doesn't take things seriously.
