It’s better just to order ahead because you have to wait if you order at the store but it’s not a long wait. I’ve been trying everything and you should go try all your favs.

The product that was listed as being in stock on Weedmaps and in my completed order was not at the store according to the bud tender when I arrived to pick up my order! That is the 2nd time in a row that I went to the store to find that the item was still listed on Weedmaps but was apparently not in stock when I travelled to the store to pick it up.

Showed up to the place they did not receive my Weedmaps order so I put the order in they didn't have certain items that I ordered it took a long time

We drove 45 minutes to their store since they don’t deliver. They did not give me a birthday discount, because it was 4 hours away from my birth date. Instead, they asked a disabled, medical patient to return the next day for the 10% discount. Then on the way out, she irritated me more by yelling “oh happy birthday”. That’s not how marijuana works. That’s not how you treat your long-term customers. Bless.

I bought 2 cartridges and charged nearly $700! And both my purchase, being disappointing quality wise, and that I was offered no compensation for my trouble reflect a poor concern for their patients/ customers forcing me to choose to either continue supporting the business or go elsewhere. We do not accept returns based on personal preference, as product selection is the customer’s decision at the time of purchase after receiving guidance from our team. 1 star solely for the 4/20 sales. The staff was came off as pretentious. If you want clients using the kiosk simply say that. As someone who has worked in the industry , the shoppers experience needs to be welcoming and informative. When I asked to make a purchase a chick with blue eyes looked at me like I was bothering her and literally TURNED HER BACK TO ME. The second guy came up I asked if he wanted me to use the kiosk or can I purchase at the counter he responded “sigh, uh yeah you can purchase right here” first and last time I’ll be going . The boutique esthetic does not work if you can’t provide customer care

Best Staff in the Bay Area!
This is absolutely the best dispensary I’ve been to yet and I’ve been to a few every employee are so nice always and the are all helpful. It doesn’t feel like I’m in a dispensary it feels like family and friends. The atmosphere is so welcoming and joyful here I’ll come here even if there’s a deal at another store!

Open as of April 2022, Root'd in the 510 is an equity-owned cannabis dispensary that is proud to call Oakland home. We are excited to serve the local community and look forward to serving the town for many years to come.
We are happy to be in the heart of Temescal/Telegraph
There are a variety of ways to order products from Root'd. If you like to be left alone, you can simply go online with your phone, scan one of the QR codes, or use one of the kiosks provided in-store. If you need assistance, there are associates on-site to help you with any questions or recommendations. If you are a beginner/newbie to the space, Root'd in the 510 also provides a full-service consultation.
In addition to the beautiful shop space, Root’d will introduce a 7,000 sq ft lounge in the near future, where you can consume live on-site. The lounge will also have entertainment, such as live music, comedy shows, and so much more.
Hours: Open daily from 9:00 AM- 9:55 PM.
We have a large secure spacious onsite parking lot for our customers as well as a dozen daily deals in store everyday from our wonderful brands partners.
