I Recommend This Shop - Kind Staff

Budtender Hayden was great, informative about the grand opening coming up March 1st and even set up the rsvp for me and said I would get a free joint out of it. Super cool guy I appreciate his info on the opening! Totally didn’t have to do it but he did! Cool guy and great atmosphere and selection and prices. Recommend this shop. 👍🏼

Credit Card Machine Always Broken!

I ordered through WeedMaps and when I arrived they gave me the excuse that the credit card machine wasn’t working and I had to pay cash. When I asked when the machine was going to be up and running again, they said it could be days and it would be better if I just paid cash. Excuses!!! This spot never wants to accept credit card transactions. Why accept credit card orders if you’re just gonna force your customers to pay cash.

The customer service was terrible

I understand as a consumer who consumes marijuana frequently. I like to try different locations and vapes. I got a discounted vape pen and asked if the second time since I didn’t use my 25 percent off would it count next time. I asked politely and she was so rude said no we only give a joint as if my total being low wasn’t enough. I’ve shopped at their other locations it’s never a big deal. Also I tipped her and her customer service was so rude she was the girl with the nose piercing (septum piercing u think) and tattoo. Definitely the worst customer service.

Used to come here a lot around 2021/2022 always good vibes & decent prices but mann went again after all these years & it’s not what it used to be. Budtender wasn’t knowledgeable as I thought, good thing I know what brands & strains are the ones & the girl started giving me an attitude after I wasn’t getting what she recommended literally try to force me to get every product she recommended. I ordered 3 items & an item she recommended and Mann that recommendation was straight trash smh. Black ash tasteless flower harsh smoke is what she recommended ($70+) never again am I coming or supporting any other location :(

For wtv reason the black guy w/the pig tails always skips my place hold in line and services ppl who came in after me in line. Its certainly not pick up orders that's being prioritize just ppl behind me in line as i wait extra and its always when hes working. Mind you I shop here everyday and dont have issues unless its this guy present he makes sure I wait extra. Its the oddest thing. Hes even waited and stared straight at me blankly when its my turn next but insists we wait til another budtender is done ringing up a customer making me wait longer so so the other budtender can call to service me instead of him. So yea definitely not coming back lost an everyday client 👎

Never had a problem with any Haven shop. Products are good quality and prices are fair. And taxes are not that high. People complaining bout taxes.... GO OUT AND VOTE NEXT TIME.

first time coming here my experience was awesome I love how clean it is and the fact that is a legal dispensary yeah it's a little bit of a bummer we have to pay for taxes but it's a little bit of a sacrifice no biggie I would highly recommend this dispensary to all my friends love the service love the fact that they have seminars about different type of brand would definitely come back!!!!
