I went to Rise Pinellas Park on 5/14/19. I had driven up the coast from Naples with my mother who is also a medical patient for her birthday. We went to Knox Medical, now Fluent and then stopped into the Pinellas Park location. The location is off a main highway and the area is very busy. The second you step inside you feel relaxed. The check-in/ waiting area were designed with warm colors and there was Bob Marley playing softly. The room was filled with informative art and reading material regarding the products and medical cannabis. We were greeted by a very friendly and all female staff. We were given advice on the products and information about the terpene profiles, along with personal recommendations from the staff. My Care Specialist/ Cashiers name was Kim Konopka and she was incredibly friendly and extremely honest about the quality level of specific products and recommended some fan favorites. We were informed that Rise offers a 25% off discount on popcorn nugs! Unlike Fluent cannabis who released Granddaddy Purp this very same day as there "first flower" release and it was only popcorn nugs. Also full price, I could'nt use my First time patient discount on flower! Rise, however, gave me my full 25% off First time patient discount on every single product, (including flower) and included a free first purchase vape battery. I purchased tinctures, disposable vapes, flower, and a vape cart. I got a perfect mix of there products to try! I received $91.25 off my $335 purchase. My mother and I were also given a little swag for our long travels. We both have been thoroughly enjoying our medicine since returning to Naples. I can't wait for the Rise to open up in Bonita Springs! I just hope the atmosphere and the staff are as calming and kind as the Pinellas Park location. You ladies rocked! Thank you very much!

Definitely one the best dispensaries in Fla. Great products, a comfortable atmosphere and knowledgeable associates. Their Rythm carts are my favorite. Also, one of the only dispensaries to carry CBN and list terpene percentages on their packaging. Shout out to Kelsie! Keep up the great work!

The staff was knowledgeable, approachable and informative. For my first time ever purchasing they made it a breeze and answered all my questions with knowledge and insight. Very professional and I’m not even interested in trying trulieve (I went there once and didn’t have the right paperwork) the waiting room was nice but the staff seemed rushed and not understanding that this medicine is mostly for anxiety...lol. You won’t be disappointed as this is a well run location that was very professional and courteous. They also have “guest passes” so my wife was able to come in which helped put me at ease as well. Next time I’m buying a shirt!

Your concentrate is much cheaper than competitors and I love it, jar or not! Also the strains you had, I was a bit leery on one because of pricing, I was so wrong! Can’t wait for you guys to open more locations, some of the best sauce I have had and most inexpensive! Great staff, clean, knowledgeable! Lifetime customer! Just moved to Tampa from California, things are much different here! Found Rise with weed maps and stopped by. The staff was so friendly! Welcomed me in and processed me very quickly with pleasant chat. The back room staff were very helpful and I will definitely be back! Was in and out as a first time customer within 20 minutes.

So far one of my favorite dispensaries I’ve visited. Such a relaxed vibe. Great staff from front desk to Mike (my budtender). He was so helpful. Fully explained their menu (which is detailed with every flower’s “mom” & “dad” so you know)! There were awesome discounts for first time patients & returning patients. They have a great point system and can easily order online for future pickup. Medicine was awesome and Mike hit every recommendation right on the head. Will definitely return.

Just opened. I went and got a few of their tinctures. They have small 100mg bottles for $15 so its cheap to try different types. The indica relaxed tincture is great for right before bed. Helps u drift off to a nice sleep. No oral concentrates or RSO, hopefully soon.

They have chosen to put their liquid distillate in a jar as opposed to the standard packaging of the industry I can understand wanting to be different but don't do it at the expense of your customers convenience plenty of distillate still stuck in the jar won't be going back until they change this

Less than stellar experience. My husband picked up his order of 2- 7g flower bottles, brought them home and left them on the table and headed to work. About 30 mins later I had laid my son down for a nap and went to put the flower in our safe and noticed the bottles looked like someone had twisted them open. I immediately contacted my husband to ask if he had opened them or anyone from the dispensary had opened them and he said no, that no one opened them. I immediately called rise Pinellas park and spoke to Hannah, told her the issue, she spoke to a manager and advised me to keep the bottles and use my discretion to throw it away or destroy it and my husband could come pick up the sealed flower in the am(i kept them just in case someone would request them back). Morning time rolls around he brings the receipt and explains the situation, the woman on duty immediately got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that Hannah has no authority there and he should of brought them back with him
