After enduring the other two dispensaries in town, I was quite surprised to be treated like a person at C9 I asked questions, and they answered?! I know this should be the bare minimum of customer service, but the competition has set the bar so low it's buried. C9 was a breath of fresh air. I went there for some mints, a product mind you that the other dispensaries stopped carrying ages ago. I was even told at one by one of their cashiers that it was discontinued. As it turns out, it wasn't! C9 has it. I will definitely be going back. The folks at C9 told me they do special orders AND they give a 30% discount to medical card holders. Edited for typos.

The past couple of times ive gone into cloud 9 ive been helped by Megan C. and she has been on it every time! Fast and friendly service with every visit.

Let’s start with the best part. The location. The location is the best in town. The other dispensaries are way on the outskirts of town while Cloud is right in the middle of town. The 30% discount for med holders is a great deal as well. Saved a lot of money this way. The staff was great help. Megan was the worker who helped me and she was one of the best dispensary workers I’ve had. I’m new to dabbing and Megan made sure I had the right supplies to get started. Got home and sure enough her suggestions were correct and made for an easy and great first time experience. All around just one of the best dispensaries I’ve been to and I’ve traveled to many across the state.

Always a really smooth experience when buying from cloud 9. Megan was incredibly helpful and had really great recommendations. Will absolutely be back!

I went in today for my order. They are still giving medical patients a solid 30% discount, which eats the taxes. Everyone was super nice. The only thing is that last time in July, I was told they do special orders. I never heard back. I asked again today, and a different person at the register hadn't heard of this. They took down my number and said they would call me back. I waited some hours and didn't get a call. No worries, if I waited from the beginning of July to the end of September, I can certainly wait a few more days. ;) Anyway, the whole limbo of will-they-won't-they do a special order is why I rated them a 4 instead of 5. And if you want to know why I was hoping for a special order, I am a medical patient and have specific needs for my migraine treatments, strains the other "medical" dispensaries stopped carrying once recreational cannabis became legal here. It's been a struggle. Be that as it may, C9 is the only place that consistently gets Incredibles Mint Chill tablets.
