I recently moved to Kalamazoo, but I have business in Battle Creek fairly often. I missed you guys! :) Concentrates worked great in my new dab pen (Yocan Cubex), interestingly not so great with a nectar collector.

Another Satisfying Trip to The Dispensary
Excellent customer service as always. I'd like to apologize to the poor budtender, who I confused greatly by not knowing that shatter comes in envelopes, not glass jars. Speaking of, for blind people who want to get into dabbing, shatter is the way to go.

Picked up two different Sunset Sherbert carts, as they were out of the Sour Diesel I wanted. Not quite the giggly high I was looking for, but definitely found my happy place, and was able to help my friend with some emotional stuff they were going through. If you're blind and in the Battle Creek area, tell 'em Garret sent ya!

Great Service But Not a Fan of the Strain

After I ordered on the website, Matthew contacted me via text. He kept me updated on when my order would be ready. I opted for curbside today. The whole transaction was SMOOTH!!! Jana was very friendly. Very honest too! Great first impression. Price points are great. Staff is friendly. Products are great too!! Can't wait to come inside and sniff everything you have to offer! Thanks for the caramel! The flower was packaged VERY NICELY. I have only gotten flower packaged this nicely from VEGAS!!! That should tell you something!! It is definitely TOP NOTCH. I was impressed. I have to tell you EVERY 3.5g were actually closer to 4g! That's great! 3.7 or more!! That is pretty dang good! Loved the freshness packs. Any chance you may recycle the jars in the future? They're piling up already. Definitely worth the hour drive for me. Keep it up! I will be sending friends! Thanks!

my very first time coming to Quality roots was a very great experience. my bud tender was so knowledgeable on all the flower I was inquiring about. there were so many different edibles I couldn't choose just one! lol.. great quality flower and great quality people running the place! definitely will be back!

This was my first time at Quality Roots and it was very pleasant. The store is bright and clean and the product is easy to view. My bud tender (forgot his name) was informed and very nice. The flower I bought was smooth (thanks for the recommendation). If you have not checked them out...go I'm sure you'll like them. I drove all the way from GR and it was well worth it. one more thing, the music was great
