I purchased 4 vape carts from this store at ~6pm. Before I left they found they didn’t have one of them and had to do a refund. I brought the other three home and found one of them didn’t work. (The vape said shorted). I returned to the store around 7:30pm to discuss this with them. They refused to look at the cart and simply stated they do not accept returns. I left a review on google discussing the situation and they responded that if I took the cart in they would assess it and determine a corrective action. Thing is, I do not live close to this store and I already tried to take the cart back with them refusing to even look at it. I have no faith that they would try to help me if I go back and that’s a waste of gas. There are many stores close to this one that are just better. I definitely would avoid it if possible.
