I placed an online order this morning before the store opened. I have been going in every Friday to take advantage of one of the sales that they have going on. I checked on their website to make sure the special was still going and it was on their website that the item I was looking for was indeed discounted. When I arrived to pick up my order they informed me that the special was no longer going. I was a little frustrated because I drove down from Pollock to pick up the order. I really like this place and will continue going there but I felt a little cheated on this particular order. They said they would give me a 10% discount. When I got home and looked at my receipt I saw on several of the items I didn't get the 10% they said they would give nor did I get my senior discount. It was an honest mistake but it was a large order and every bit of discount helps

When Pure Life opened in 2011 I thought...

This is great! No more having to drive to Sacramento for meds. I've watched the ups and downs endured and rejoiced; the flourishing of business without degradation of service; the faces behind the counter change at times, as they are apt to do, but the sense of personal attention never falters. It's a place where everybody knows your name. Cheers! Tried ordering online for the first time just to give it spin. Great menu that's updated very regularly. Super quick response time after ordering and easy peasy check out after arriving for pick up. Reccomend for when you know what you want and time's an issue. When Pure Life opened in 2011 I thought, "This is great"! I still do! Thanks for being there.

I absolutely LOVE Pure life dispensary, & I'm a dedicated, high dollar customer. However, I do have to say I'm extremely disappointed that they STOPPED carrying turn pods! Yes, they have the disposable one's it's just not the same! I don't like the one down the street that they suggested 😕. Please bring back the PODS EVAN!
