From the security to the front desk to everyone in the back I have never met a more friendly staff anywhere !! The bud tenders are so nice and know there products. I absolutely love it here !!!

I was charged $100 more than my total

When I went to pick up my order they wanted to charge me $345.00. My total was supposed to be $245.00.. the rep at the drop off was very cool about everything.. he told me they had me marked for more grams than what I ordered?? I wanted to bring it to your attention as this location is my sole source.. I don't shop anywhere else.. and usually I get awesome service... like I say the guy doing the drop off was understanding but $100 mistake should not be happening.. if I was not checking I would paid like it was nothing..

Never have a good experience here and today was the final straw. Will not be back and will be encouraging others to avoid as well. Placed a Pick Up Order and received notification that it was Packaged and Ready. Arrived at the store, and as usual, waited about 10 minutes before being called back. Gave the girl at the counter my name and spelled it for her. She came back almost 10 minutes later with the wrong order and blamed it on the fact that there were two Nicholas’. Then she finds the order and proceeds to tell me it’s not actually packed and ready. Proceeded to wait another 15 minutes as she packaged my order. Manager comes by and blames it all on the fact that it was a large order.. as if that makes any sense or logic. Left 35 minutes later for an order that was apparently ready. Terrible system, terrible customer service, and terrible store. Too many dispensaries to give this place your business.
