Since the move though has been nothing but terrible. Waiting extremely long times even with online orders. Last time I was there 4/19 I had an online order and went inside, couldn’t see anyone at the pick up windows, front desk lady asks for my id, so I sit down and wait. 10 minutes goes by and then another customer walks right up to the pick up window and all of a sudden there’s an employee there. He was either hiding behind the wall or just can’t be seen. Regardless the front desk lady should have known I had an online and sent me over there… but no she ignored everything and was gonna send me back still, she has been one of the worst employees I’ve seen there. The kid was rude when I said something about it and didn’t seem to care either way, I asked for a manager and she came out but I already made my mind up; I will just not give you guys business anymore. Lack of basic customer service, customer awareness & business flow training to their employees is showing clearly.
