Never again

Placed a $150 order for curbside pick up. Got there 2 hours after placing the order to be told “oh yeah so we don’t have what you ordered because Weedmaps is never right on inventory”. They had 2 hours to call me and tell me but no they’d rather I make the drive and then be told “sucks to be you”. I’ll never shop here again.

First time i had a "deli" experience, where you literally pick out and can see and smell and have an idea of the harvest date. Great experience, knowledgable staff, and friendly. They were busy but took the time with each person to help. Also, the prices for "value" items was very good. (I just came over from CA and WA).

The service was horrible. This time the quality was trash. Dry and lite in weight. Go to Sutherland farms or Greenstem Or Levels. If you're hitting niles.

awful. They switched out my bud and didn't tell me if it was okay to do ontop of that the order was $70 and I didn't get my moneys worth. You gave me all shake and not a single nug when I ordered BUD not shake. Could've offered me a refund because I would've preferred that over being ripped off and robbed. The shake they gave me was also not labeled so idk if they gave me genuine weed or something laced. We also waited an hour in line curbside waiting for our order, but while we waited they released a rat outside from a card box they had it in and they had a trainee in training working for them instead of them actually training.

I am shocked by these negative reviews. I’ve been going to primitiv multiple times a week for months and the only time I waited more than a few minutes was after their computers were down. It’s always really quick, even inside. Drive-thru/curbside is the best. The budtenders are knowledgeable and the specials are insane. There are specials every single day, for every single category and sometimes an extra on top of that. They also have a rewards program with points that accumulate quickly. Best deals, shortest wait. Do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t regret it.

Been coming since the day you opened. I come almost everyday. People are friendly. They always substitute for something as good or better when they are out of stock. Only thing I wish they would do better is keep there online menu up to date and give us the thc content on each strain. Otherwise I love them . They have a customer in me for life. ! Good Job you guys!!
