A chillum is a small, usually cylindrical pipe with a center hole and no carb. These pipes have many names. One-hitters, onies, sneak-a-tokes. Whatever you call it, they are all essentially the same. Chillums are a bit of an enigma in that we don’t know exactly where they started. Early examples have been found in India, Africa, even South America.
