Excellent in all respects. I’m not doing flower now but the capsules, tincture and vape cart were excellent. Low key. Very nice people. I highly (lol) recommend for a decent in/out time and VERY friendly people. Full spectrum single cannabis oil didn’t mean anything to me while I was there but I looked it up. I like it a lot. I think this could be better explained. Nice guy in lobby was bringing up the single- spectrum but I didn’t see the benefit. Now I do and understand the Tinkun product line. Smart. Tincture is awesome. Better than I’ve had out west. Tastes great (less filling). Alaska 500 mg very recommended. So a VET is onboard! Great place! EIEIOhhhhh....

I've been to this location several times and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer a nice selection strains and a good variety of products combined with great sales plus specials and a great loyalty program.

My Favorite place!!

I pass by every other dispensary in town so I can get to Vidacann! Not only do they have consistently good products but they have the best customer loyalty and Promotion Programs! Pleasantly surprised!

I went to the Pensacola location last week not knowing what to expect. It was really nice! All the staff were so helpful and friendly! I purchased two vape carts both indica. I really like both of them. After going I did a little research about the Tikun line, very impressive!

I love how I am able to walk in and pick up my order without a wait. I pray it stays this way & doesn't end up like the local competition that now has an hour min. wait for a pickup order. I am hesitant to even refer anyone because I don't want everyone to start coming here. lol Vidacann sells the Tikun products & they are far superior although a little more expensive. I've also tried the Vidacann brand vapes & enjoy them too.

Clowns Abound

i placed an order online for pickup. When i arrived the two goth-looking wankers at the front desk laughed at my bucket hat, and acted as if they were startled to have an online customer. Those two clowns are Trump-humpers, who listen to Post Malone. the only saving grace (so-to-speak) was a white woman who showed no signs of being a Karen or Becky. She was like the only intelligent life form in that place. I bought too much sativa as well. It was a lame experience all around.

worst dispensary I've ever been too

This place should have their license revoked and given to someone that knows how to grow marijuana. These guys are a joke. Their Flower is trash and they don’t let you see it first and no returns. Cured incorrectly, way too dry and crunchy. No flavor, smelled like pine straw. I threw it away after one try. And they have some packet in each jar to dry it out further. Do not spend your money here. You will absolutely regret it. You will get better product from your local high school kids closet operation.

Called the 800number and placed order for delivery on Friday 10 MAY. Was told they deliver in my area on the weekends and it might not get delivered last weekend because it was later on Friday and wasn’t sure if they had room available. I was told Tallahassee would contact me with delivery time. Today I called the same 800 number (during lunch) I had to leave a message inquiring when my order would be here . About 1 hr later “Tallahassee” called returning my call. Claimed they never received a order for me! She asked if I had the confirmation email. I said no I called and placed order she said well we do not take orders over the phone . I laughed and said your phone system even says press 1 to place order . Long story short .. she told me I had to order online .. I tried .. they are out of everything I needed last week. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Just as bad as Trulieve!
