used this medi for months and had good relationships with all the workers. would always by dispos or pods and they would always tell my if anything is wrong with it bring back within 7 days if it’s half full we’ll replace it for it you. never once tried to use this in the 8 months i’ve been shopping with them (even tho multiple pods and dispos have been clogged in the past i just didn’t go back because it was still able to hit and not worth my time) but this one time i buy a Muha Med Dispo and want to use the warranty they tell me no we can’t do anything. even after giving these workers countless tips. they say no there’s nothing we can do it doesn’t matter if you said it tastes like your smoking plastic metal we can’t do anything. and it doesn’t even smoke the wax just burns coils and tastes horrible. i just wanted to get a replacement one time but they would rather lose a repeat customer then fulfill their warranty. watch which business you support becausethey nevergivebackthatsuppor
