Very easy to navigate on app, online. The whole process was seamless as it was secure. Security guy was helpful in answering some technical questions. I thought it cool that they have a way to drop off for recycling disposable vape. OTC is just the 2nd dispensary I have visited in central valley. Nonetheless, I loved the idea as soon as I noticed it. Great prices as well. A little further than I prefer to drive, but it was worth it 👌
