OTC is BY FAR the best shop in the city... CONSISTANTLY have the lowest prices. Think about what you're buying...you're buying EXACTLY the same products that are in every other store in town basically...so why spend more for the exact same thing. Some of the other stores you're paying for the design of the fancy store...don't waste your extra money on that.

I was misled
I can’t believe you would even ask me about this visit. It was pretty terrible, but I mean I’ve had worse and I’ll still go back there, but it was very they were very misleading. I had called and asked about something and was told about it and then once I got there, it was the old Baden switch.

Not trustworthy
I’ve called twice already in regards to me not getting my change and they keep telling me they will call me back they take my name and number down but never return any calls. Yesterday I went and I purchased some flower while the bud tender was checking me out I have her 200$ and I was supposed to get 20$ in change back meanwhile she was busy getting change I was turned around looking at there inventory they had of edibles near the cash register just browsing at the items. And then she stapled my bag and have me a recipt in hand so I though she put my change inside but upon arrive home I open my bag and had seen I didn’t get change so I called them and they told me they will review the camera to see if it’s true Wich is beyond absurd. I know they are desperate people out there thay will do anything for a dollar but I’ll be dammed to have called and lied for 20$, it’s not a lot of money to me but it’s the principle. Some people try to take advantage when they can pay attention people!!!
