OTC is BY FAR the best shop in the city... CONSISTANTLY have the lowest prices. Think about what you're buying...you're buying EXACTLY the same products that are in every other store in town basically...so why spend more for the exact same thing. Some of the other stores you're paying for the design of the fancy store...don't waste your extra money on that.
