Great Customer Service

I did an online order to pickup. Prior to pickup k received call from main dispensary in the Central Valley saying the Salinas dispensary did not have what had posted on the website. I told them I would just drive up and see what was available. Staff at Salinas Dispensary was super accommodating helping me search out an alternative or close too. They told me they were out of stock/product in many of the items, unfortunately including the meds I needed but were hopeful for a resupply soon. This place, stocked or not fully stocked, is the place to go. Hopefully restock happens soon but I’ll keep checking in as the folks here that welcome home feel. Product price point we’re pretty spot on and the meds are of great quality.

FIRST TIMER! Ordered through WeedMaps. Drove to the branch. Arrived around 10 AM on a Saturday. Not busy at all. Location is prime for me. Customer service was phenomenal. Clean open space which I love. All pre-orders were packed and ready to go. Very organized team. LOVE THE EXPERIENCE. Definitely be coming back!

New Favorite Dispensary

Today I went in with my girlfriend she’s usually very picky about dispensary vibes and she absolutely loved this one and so did I making it my new favorite dispensary the show casing and the setup of the dispensary was great they had viewing samples of all their products including the edibles which you don’t see very often and the staff was what made this experience so much greater and honestly the reason I will return there’s nothing more that I hate then being rushed and here I wasn’t at all the bud tenders were so nice and friendly helping me out through their whole selection and actually showing me and recommending me products they let me go through and look at all their flower cases and everything such a great vibe and such a friendly staff thank you one plant from me and my girlfriend you’ll see us back soon.

New Favorite!!!

Came in today after finding out they been open for two week already. First, I love the location but kind of biased because it just 4 mins from me. Secondly, the staff and security is super nice and friendly. Third, the prices are good and normal but prices don’t include taxes. Fourth, great environment, calming, relaxing, peaceful. Fifth, the only downside was no debit card and I believe no atm but since they just opened up, I am sure they will soon. I didn’t ask though but unlike every pot place they tend to get those after being open for a while. P.S. They also have good prices on bongs! UPDATE : March 5, 2020 Went back a second time too but this Bong I wanted from them and another great customer service. The guy who helped explain it too me as it was my first was very great, and left with everyone saying have a great day and great purchase. Haha just overall friendly, welcoming staff and great cannabis shop.
