I so badly wish I could give more than 3 stars. I come here a lot. They carry good products and have a lot of variety. They do struggle to keep inventory of popular items though which is always a bummer. My biggest knock on this place is the staff. Every time I go in the experience is different. Some people are cold and just want to get me in and out of the door. Other people want to help. I prefer a specific strain / brand of product. Any time I ask about it, I get someone who offers to put me on a call back list, but it seems super manual and I don’t actually know if I’ll get a call. Other times I ask about the brand or strain people just say I don’t know and don’t ask or anything. Like any business I’m sure you know when inventory is coming in and as a customer I’d like to be informed so I can buy what I want. Off the charts could really differentiate themselves as a leader if they stepped up there customer services and had consistency across there staff.

What was supposed to be 75$ costed $130 and had items and their prices labeled wrong, misleading, and incorrectly. The bud tender was super nice and able to solve the issue and get it down to 91$ but I wouldn’t have made the trip if I had known.

Really dry and mostly stems and seeds not much smokeable weed on the 14 and a half gram northern lights (really 10-11 grams), thats ussuallu a really good strain at ANY other store, prices to high for old dry dirt weed, and they still short you with the seeds and 3 and a half pr 4 grams missing, stems whaigh probably around 4 or 5 grams bc i cant smokr whats left in the jar just white stemy weed after the inital small amount of weed on the stems

Bait and switch. Drive 40mins to pick up order and it had been switched to shake not bud, I was told if I wanted bud the price would now be $140 not $40. Scam.

The budtender got my order wrong and I had to drive back, he was also the manager! Completely fuckd my order and made me pay more and had to drive back. I really wish these guys would know what kind of products they sell. Super unprofessional to not even check and just say we're out of stock. I had to come back and tell him what AND show him on their own products. Unbelievable.

They clearly dgaf about having an up to date menu as it’s been inaccurate for months. They have NOTHING on the menu ever so I don’t bother coming.

Very disappointed with how I was treated at this dispensary. A confrontation with another customer near the entrance escalated when she became verbally aggressive, made accusations against me, and demanded that I not be served. Instead of taking the time to hear both sides of the situation or review what actually happened, staff appeared to immediately accept her version of events and asked me to leave while continuing to serve her. I felt unfairly judged, denied service without a proper investigation, and treated as though I was the problem. I strongly encourage ownership to review this incident and preserve any available surveillance footage from the parking lot, entrance, and store, as I believe it would provide an objective account of what occurred. Businesses should handle customer disputes by gathering facts from everyone involved, not by making snap decisions based on accusations alone. I hope management takes this matter seriously and conducts a thorough review.
