I so badly wish I could give more than 3 stars. I come here a lot. They carry good products and have a lot of variety. They do struggle to keep inventory of popular items though which is always a bummer. My biggest knock on this place is the staff. Every time I go in the experience is different. Some people are cold and just want to get me in and out of the door. Other people want to help. I prefer a specific strain / brand of product. Any time I ask about it, I get someone who offers to put me on a call back list, but it seems super manual and I don’t actually know if I’ll get a call. Other times I ask about the brand or strain people just say I don’t know and don’t ask or anything. Like any business I’m sure you know when inventory is coming in and as a customer I’d like to be informed so I can buy what I want. Off the charts could really differentiate themselves as a leader if they stepped up there customer services and had consistency across there staff.

What was supposed to be 75$ costed $130 and had items and their prices labeled wrong, misleading, and incorrectly. The bud tender was super nice and able to solve the issue and get it down to 91$ but I wouldn’t have made the trip if I had known.

I really wish these guys would know what kind of products they sell. Super unprofessional to not even check and just say we're out of stock. I had to come back and tell him what AND show him on their own products. Unbelievable.

Only 11 grams of whats supposed to be 14 1/2
Really dry and mostly stems and seeds not much smokeable weed on the 14 and a half gram northern lights (really 10-11 grams), thats ussuallu a really good strain at ANY other store, prices to high for old dry dirt weed, and they still short you with the seeds and 3 and a half pr 4 grams missing, stems whaigh probably around 4 or 5 grams bc i cant smokr whats left in the jar just white stemy weed after the inital small amount of weed on the stems

One of my friends told me about Off the Charts about a week ago so my fiancé and I decided to check it out last night, and wow what an amazing store! An employee was with us the entire time, walking us through everything and listening to what we were wanting and helping my fiancé and I make selections that fit what we were looking for. It was a great and easy experience, hands down the best dispensary in West Hollywood, and this is where you should be buying your product! 5 stars!
