Been coming here for years, but never again. Went with a buddy and decided to shop after being let in. After waiting about five minutes, one girl asked me to wait outside the door and came over a minute later to let me in. She was not friendly at all so i decided to leave. There are much better shops in Vista that have great prices and treats you right.

Dear OTC, I have been going to dispensaries in the Vista area for about 10 years now. There have been good ones that came and went. There have been ones where I felt like I might get murdered outside after getting medicine, and plenty of MEH ones in between. So, with that said I have had a LOT of shop experience. Off the charts is so far ahead in terms of quality selection, nice budtenders, and even better weekly deals that going anywhere else is pointless. No other shop has the selection they have. No other shop has budtenders who are actually have patience for you to shop for what your looking for. No rushing to get you in and out. No terrible recommendations for medicine that is the absolute fire for any price range your in. This dispensary has set the bar high AF with their standards and commitment to patient needs. They actually care about you, who would have thought? Thank you OTC for being the GOAT.

Bad Carts and a happy ending.
I've been coming here for quite a while because of the great deals and budtenders. This is the 1st negative review. I bought 4 Left Coast 1 gram carts. None of them will work. They won't prime. I can't get any to draw. I have used many methods to get any of them primed but to no avail. They are all dated over 6 months ago. Is there any recourse for these defective/old carts? Happpy Endings!!! (not that kind...) Called next day, explained situation, came back, they tested carts (still no draw) then proceeded to refund the entire cost. OTC customer service rocks!
