Amazing Experience

Right from the start it was a great experience. Forgive me I am a tad forgetful but her name is either Antonia or Antoinette, but you can't miss her just look for the colored eyelashes!! She was advertising out the door and welcomed us in with 10 mins to closing. Once cleared by the security guard and permitted inside, she was quick to explain that we were just looking at a portion of her inventory. I couldn't tell to be honest. They had many options and she and her coworker Nico I believe were very nice and patient and answered our questions. Great Service nice people and they price match and beat it by $1.

To the owner of senior manager: Please get your bud tenders on the same page on deals, in store, on promotion cards. They are inconsistent: one day I go in and I can use two promotional and buy a half price item. The next I can’t use the card at all with by one get one offer. Confusing, frustrating, and cost me extra trips/gas. Up to you how you set up deals but lack of budtender sale knowledge not a good customer experience. BLEM always a winner on taste, smell, and high.

4 hour wait

After waiting for 4 hours to hear it’s ready for online pick up it still wasn’t ready. I went in person and waited in line for 30 minutes despite being the second person in line. They have hella employees just chatting off to side not doing anything. The inside looks nice and that’s only nice thing I have to say about them.
