Customer service was wonderful once I arrived and was able to find different flower but my issue is I was set on what I ordered and very disappointed when I arrived to find out my item wasn’t in stock hopefully the substitute will be great 😌

Off the charts is the best dispensary in San Diego hands down. They are better than any dispensary and San Diego I just can't stress that enough. They have the best prices and the most knowledgeable but tenders. They never lie and tell you something is fire when it's actually dust and all you will do is choke. I want to give shout outs to their butt tenders because they are truly some of the best. Darren is absolutely amazing he has knowledge patience and a determination to make sure you get what you're looking for he will also make sure if there's a discount it will be applied. He is truly really great at what he does. Then there is Matthew also well versed in the knowledge of what he does another one that does not sell you crap but is honest and will also make sure you get what you want. There's also Ashley and she's also on top of her game. I really want to thank Darren for always looking out and I always send people to off the charts and nowhere else they have the best product .
