They offer a first time patient special but don’t be thinking you can get the store for 60% off. There’s a limit, but guess what, the prices are still amazing even without the discount. The people in the store are friendly, but stop pressing them about the discount. Don’t expect the world and you won’t be disappointed.

Always give me the "5 Finger Discount" feelings! LOL That is how amazing their prices are!!! And for the staff... I always gravitate to the bud-tenders that were the same ones that worked at the open of this store only 6-7 months ago. You OG tenders know who you are!!! I adore seeing them each time as they know what true CUSTOMER SERVICE is and have the most knowledge than those that have only worked there 1 month. With OFF THE CHARTS having only a few largely spread apart dispensaries in the following locations: Vista, Palm Springs, Sherman Oaks & Winterhaven... my suggestion to anyone reading this is to always see if you are close to one of their locations (mine is the new spot in SHERMAN OAKS) and go! The search ends here. Thank you for all your amazing deals, good vibes and fun atmosphere. I hope the staff sticks around. I’ve have going to this shop for over 2 years . I stopped going when I noticed the staff kept changing. You build a rapport with someone then one day you return & that person is gone. That kept happening so I bailed. Keep your staff and you’ll keep your customers. TY
