REVISION MIKAYLA the office contacted me. She apologized for the previous employee, and provided training to prevent anytime like that again, and said if anything like that were to happen again to get ahold of her. She offered to deliver another cartridge to replace the faulty one and she also put a few extras in the bag to makeup for my inconvenience. And I'm telling you she more than made up for my inconvenience with this goodie bag! She was so apologetic and very sweet. Thank you Mickayla, you rock! I will definitely be ordering again.
