Haven't been to NuEra in a few years but the facelift on the exterior and interior are super nice. Now they have accessories out to view while waiting and it feels more like other dispensaries where you can have more standard shopping experiences and less everything behind glass.

Stopped there like it was a Black Friday sale at best buy. They opened the doors kindly let us in and the process was easy and efficient. Traveling and had spare time to see cloud gate as well. Only improvement i could think of is opening doors 1 minute early even could change someone's day.

Updating the vibes!

Haven't been here since about early 2021 and the updates are nice! New paint out front of the building, new storefront sign and my experience was great! They surprisingly had awesome deals as well (usually deals in IL are on older products but these were FRESH). Might have to switch my routine to include nuera Chicago! Loving the vibes now

Best Medical Dispensary in the City

This is my go-to dispensary in the city. The staff at this location are the absolute best. Perfect combination of friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I usually go with pre-orders and the pickup process is always super convenient and easy. Today, I showed up and realized I had never pressed the SUBMIT button for my order so it was my first time as a Walk-in. Important to note that I only had enough cash for the order that was never submitted. Shout out to Skyler who was incredibly helpful and so patient with me today as we sorted through the entire arsenal of NuEra’s flower stock. Skyler always has good recommendations and today she found me the exact kind of strain I was looking for! And it was in my price range!

You can set up appointment (half hour windows) so that you don’t have to wait in line. They have free videos and really good service. I got 40% off on what I purchased today. They seem to have specials in fairly often.
