Nova Farms - Attleboro Infused Pre-rolls & Joints

Dear Nova Farms, I sincerely hope you take this seriously. As someone who is reliant on having health insurance how can you let it lapse for your employees and their families. Upon going to the doctor and finding out from them that I was no longer covered was a shock to say the least. Upon looking into it further I had found out that as of January 1 I was no longer covered. There was no notice, no warning, just dropped coverage out of no where. Again how can you let this happen? Your employees work hard everyday and deserve to be covered and not have to worry. From my knowledge this is illegal. I know this review will most likely be flagged and requested to be taken down by the Management team but enough is enough and it is about time Nova is held liable for their shady business decisions and the way they treat their employees. For my safety as I have seen others get fired simply for speaking up, disagreeing, or not being liked by ownership I created this to remain anonymous.

So first time experience new worker whom didn’t ask name cause didn’t need too asked me to use my 20 %discount next time of visit cause they couldn’t get it to work that’s understandable second visit to new location new worker also different one this time whom I asked for the name for how unprofessional he was I tried using my discount he says did you used before said no last week I came in when ya first opened in this new location worker told me it wasn’t working to use next time so tried with this person a week later employee named Isaiah says oo they didn’t save account that’s why it wasn’t working I say hook me up as fix it add my account save account whatever you need to do he says no need to be ignorant I’m still confused on how I was ignorant and definitely felt that I should let ya know has a loyal customer to check on this behavior cause there was no need for it really hope ya train your people better on how to treat ya customers cause I can go else where I choosed ya sadly

ALSO- I notice people talking about the fee and prices being high. They are following the rules and regulations by Charging that fee so it looks like atm withdrawal. Your bank can also charge you a fee. If it's problem then pay with cash :) IT WOULD SUCK for them to get in trouble and shut down. Nova's prices are in the ball park and dispensary's legally have to follow certain things with prices or could risk being shut down and we all don't want that :) In my opinion it's worth the extra $. At least you know your getting good quality rather than taking a risk getting it on street.
