Maybe the Edibles are Worth it?

My overall experience was not great, and tho I did receive many "I'm sorry about that" comments from them, it was overall awkward and the buds are weak. Placed order online, which apparently they don't check. Showed up the day after, and they had no idea, tho they did receive my order, they just didn't fill it, and they had sold out of some of the items I ordered. It was why I drove an hour to get there. After waiting several times, in silence, minus apologies, I was sent back out to the front, since I was a new customer they needed my info before I could check out. Tho...I did send photos of my info (which was a weird request) via the online ordering app. 2 other people got their orders and left before I even was able to pay for mine. Once I got to look at the bud, in my car, I was really bummed. It is leafy, minor hairs, and literally no crystals...none, like at all. Overall I would definitely not recommend these guys, which sux, I had high hopes. Prerolls were WAY underweight = rip off

Hi Sryntsry, We at NER work hard to ensure that every patient experience is positive and informative. We apologize that your first visit was not what you had expected. The important issue to note here is that Weedmaps operates separately from our own point-of-sale software. The order-placing service offered by Weedmaps is only to reserve an order for pickup at a later date/time and does not take local and state laws into account. This means that although you (being a new patient) uploaded photos of your medical and state ID cards to Weedmaps to place your order (which is required by Weedmaps, not us), we still have to enter every new patient’s information into our sale-tracking system prior to allowing entry to the dispensing area and completion of a sale as per Maine state law. So, although we did receive your order prior to your arrival, we could not fill it until we had verified your med/ID information. While this may have seemed awkward, it was simply our employees following required state guidelines. We are also sorry to hear that your purchased product was not up to your standards. I've been going here for about 3 years now and haven't found a reason to change it up. Products are always top quality whether it be flower, concentrates, edibles, topicals, you name it. Staff is friendly and ready to help, answering any questions I've had. Menu is updated often, atleast daily. The place itself is relatively secluded, there's plenty of parking too. Stop in, you'll be glad you did.

Best dispensary around

I recently moved here from Portland where there is a plethora of dispensaries but I have never received service this good. Everyone there is super friendly, helpful and ready to answer any questions you might have. My first time in, I received a 100mg edible for free because I was a new customer which honestly made my day! Since going to New England Reserve I haven’t needed to go to any other dispensary because they have everything you could want from glass to so really great edibles! If you happen to be in the area and you are a cannabis lover this place is for you!

I am a long time smoker/grower.. 26 years smoking.. 12 years growing. I am admittedly a very hard person to please when it comes to straight Flower.. But Wow I was pleasantly surprised at this store! One of the best dispensaries in the area

Been coming here frequently for the past few months and they have the best selection around. Whether its flower, concentrates, edibles, etc. , they have it and the quality is top notch. Every Friday they throw in a free 1g pre roll with a purchase, and those are the days I go. With their 3 for $25 pre roll deal already, I make sure I go every Friday to get a free one with it. Super friendly staff too.

Amazing Edibles

I absolutely love the chocolate edibles. I don't usually get the edibles because of the taste. i dont like the strong THC taste. The edibles from here weren't like that, they are actually really good. The mounds taste exactly like mounds. The strands are just as good. I’ve been using these guys for the better part of three years. I’ve tried other shops within the local area off and on, but still choose the reserve for all my meds. Just picked up chem grape today and damn it’s good lol. I’ve talked with Brendan every visit, having someone who knows their flower, concentrates etc makes a difference. From the growing processes to making the concentrates dude knows it all. The royal Havana woods blunts are by far my favorite. Go distillate and kief with flower if you haven’t tried them, you won’t be disappointed. Just my thoughts though and definitely a customer for life with their products and services. Thanks guys.

I have been growing and smoking marijuana for medicinal purposes for 18 years and am the absolute pickiest person. I smoke for chronic pain and need the most potent available but also enjoy the better flavors so I'm looking for the absolute best. I purposely went to every dispensary in the state and when it comes to knowledge, consistency, and most bang for your buck with flower and concentrates these guys are miles ahead of the rest in this state. I have yet to meet anyone more knowledgable than Brendan and they Have CHANGED MY LIFE for the better. I am grateful and highly recommend you give them a try. This is the only dispensary after you try their stuff. Normally prefer Indica/hybrid- Gorilla Glue was my favorite strain before going to New England Reserve and now my favorites are Mac for flower, liter a cola,grandpa's breath and purple train wreck for honey crystals(favorite), and rugburn for tca plus sauce. The ez sai vaporizer and puffco peak = awesome/ $ savings. Thank You NER!
