Hi Sryntsry, We at NER work hard to ensure that every patient experience is positive and informative. We apologize that your first visit was not what you had expected. The important issue to note here is that Weedmaps operates separately from our own point-of-sale software. The order-placing service offered by Weedmaps is only to reserve an order for pickup at a later date/time and does not take local and state laws into account. This means that although you (being a new patient) uploaded photos of your medical and state ID cards to Weedmaps to place your order (which is required by Weedmaps, not us), we still have to enter every new patient’s information into our sale-tracking system prior to allowing entry to the dispensing area and completion of a sale as per Maine state law. So, although we did receive your order prior to your arrival, we could not fill it until we had verified your med/ID information. While this may have seemed awkward, it was simply our employees following required state guidelines. We are also sorry to hear that your purchased product was not up to your standards.
