Didn’t have in stock what I ordered. Didn’t send a message or anything. Showed up to pick up my order because I got a message saying it was ready. Took the amount of money that my total was intended to be. Couldn’t get anything else to replace what they didn’t have because prices were different and I had to stand in line for 30 mins on my work break. They said sorry place another online order. I just laughed. Normally these folks are great but this is very irritating. I don’t have all the time in the world and I specifically choose this location for the convenience. Just wish I would have been told before standing in line and wasting my break that I could NOT pick up what I ordered.

Not specific to this dispensary, but pricing product at double street price is a terrible business model, especially when most patients are on limited income due to disabilities. Medicine prices should not force people to use disreputable sources.

You really need to be watching your weight. I wish there were better regulatory conditions that kept you or your suppliers from short changing on the flower weight. An 1/8 oz is 3.5 grams, not 2.75 grams!!! It has happened more than I care to mention. It's wrong and you should be more mindful of what you are selling and the price you are selling it for!!! Not happy!

Always have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable for sure. They always know exactly what to give you for what you need. It's a major bonus that the prices on the vape pens dropped, please keep them like that. Those are my favorite and now I can stock up. Bonus, the taxes are included in their prices and some of the cheapest in Arkansas. $200 oz days are the best and you can sometimes catch $10g days. Go during the day Mon thru Wed if you can for the shortest wait. Fridays and Saturdays can be a little busier and anyday after 5pm for sure. I've ordered both online and upon arrival, depends on the day on which is faster. So far, Zero complaints this way. Ooh, and don't forget to tip :)!

Everyone in there is kind, fun, and relatively knowledgeable. If/when this state legalizes recreational, I'm hoping the medical prices will drop significantly as right now all dispensaries within the state are price gouging, though Full Spectrum is slowly trying to lower prices. It's just difficult affording what I need per month on disability, so most months I only can get about two weeks worth, depending on strains available and pain/anxiety levels (usually about a 1/2 oz). Any way, I appreciate the crew a lot. Anyone who laughs at my wit gets kudos automatically. If I can just get these over polite, southern kids to not call me 'sir' or 'Mr.___.' 😁
